Eligibility & Registration
To register and use the ace165 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register and have not requested self-exclusion from ace165.

Account Verification (KYC)

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace165 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances, in addition to any legal remedies available to ace165:

- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

- Using someone else's payment method to deposit funds without their explicit consent.
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

Account Closure & Termination

Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. ace165 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification. In such cases, ace165 may withhold balances pending investigation.
Privacy & Data Protection
